Just saw an Instagram post from Benidict Wong which seems to suggest that he's shooting on Dr Strange and Spider-Man at the same time. I guess it's possible Sam Rami is shooting some scenes with the two Benidicts (which must get confusing on set!) that will get dropped into the other film.

He avoids confusion by using Benedict Wong's character's name instead.
