News Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum all return for Jurassic World 3!

No, I don't mean the Indominus Rex. There was a species in the story of The Lost World which could camouflage naturally. I can't remember if they made it into the movie version of The Lost World or not (I want to say maybe they did in a very tiny cameo, but I'm not sure).
Oh, OK. I've never read the book.

I've read the first one, just never got around to reading The Lost World. I might give it a go once I finish some of the other stuff I've been reading.

The Lost World is the only book I've read in a 24 hour period. I don't know what it was about it, because I loved the first movie but only liked the first book, and Lost World is nowhere near my favorite book, but something about that book at that time I just could not put it down.

Ironically the problem would be if small dinos got out—-they might out-compete small mammals.

The largest theropods never had mammals in their niche…Andrewsarchus was as big as it got…An American Werewolf in London on steroids.

But Rexie doesn’t have the coolest name—that belongs to an actual reptile (dinos weren’t, mososaurs were):
