Saber class appreciation thread

Are there any representations of Saber Class interiors available? I have a few concepts about a few of the areas on that ship.
Trekkiegal over on DeviantArt has made a nice deck plan of the Saber-class, and it matches the MSD of Alex Richardsons pretty well. I disagree a little bit with both of them. I think they are missing a deck. There is an observation lounge like window arrangement on the bottom of the saucer section. Almost everyone ignores this detail except for one 3-D artist I found.
I would love to hear about your concepts for the Saber.

Welcome to the board. ;) As a general rule, we prefer that you not bump older threads that have been inactive for a year or more (this one is eight years old). I'm normally pretty lenient as long as there's new content added, so I'll leave this open for a bit.
Thanks I didnt pay any attenting to the date.

Maybe there should be a feature on this message board that Auto-Locks old threads that hasn't had activity past a certain number of days.

That's already been addressed in another forum (QSF). Even if we wanted to add it, we can't do it easily with the present board software. As things stand now, and as was mentioned in that thread, the mods usually don't have a problem with the occasion zombie thread if something constructive is added. If posters want to talk about the Saber class again here, I'm cool with that. If not, then the thread will go back to sleep and likely won't be bumped again. Either way, I don't see an issue.

But I want to be very clear on this, because the regulars in Tech know that I've always favored a laid back approach to modding. There were times in the past when some posters made things far louder here, so to speak, and I know one poster who earned a couple of warnings even though he was aware that he crossed the line and apologized for it. His temper got the better of him and he owned up to his mistakes. I rarely have to put on my mod hat thankfully, given we're a bunch of techie nerds. But I don't mind doing so as needed.

As was said in QSF, the staff don't want newer members to feel unwelcome just because they've never posted before and don't know some of the basic etiquette yet. Almost anytime I've ever seen a zombie thread get bumped here (once in a blue moon), it's a new member who likely found the board via Google and hasn't posted before. Our job is to help them learn and contribute. If you're unclear about something in regards to how I mod some things, then please shoot me a PM. ;)

I'd call this one of the designs I'd like to see get some attention on Lower Decks and Picard if at all possible...
