More so every time we change showrunners, I find, at least in the modern era. IE, there are linking elements between Eccleston and Tennant or Smith and Capaldi that aren't there between Tennant and Smith or Capaldi and Whittaker.Isn't every new Doctor a soft reboot of some kind?
Even Tennant and Smith felt like the same show - maybe there aren’t many in-universe elements linking them, but from a production perspective it feels like a continuation.More so every time we change showrunners, I find, at least in the modern era. Yeah, that's how I'd classify it. And a soft reboot would be good now too.Isn't every new Doctor a soft reboot of some kind?

Rory was the best part of the Moffat/Smith run.
Amy Pond became such a great companion because of Rory. Arthur Darvil totally killed it.Ahhhh, no, AMY POND for the Win!

This is life my friend. Although in my case it's a hot brunette, and if I could time travel it would be to finish yesterday's laundry for herWhilst Rory is awesome, there is a bit of an issue in telling blokes that if they just hang around being dedicated then eventually the hot redhead will fall for them in place of the dangerous but exciting chap in tweed.
New TARDIS console room definitely. Hopefully, it'll be better lit and won't look like a sewer or an underground cave.Since this is from the company responsible for the creature effects, I suspect it means a visual reboot. So redesigning everything.
New TARDIS console room definitely
