Is Ben as much to blame here, as well as Worf?
Worf himself said that he should not have accepted the mission, and that he should have identified the de-cloaking target.
But Ben first hand knew that Worf was a dishonoured Klingon at that stage. Ben's bringing Worf to the station was the cause of his dishonour. So, since Ben knew that Worf wanted to prove himself against his own people and seek revenge somewhat (again, which Worf himself admitted), then does some of the blame for Worf's extradition hearing lie with Sisko for asking him to lead the mission?
