no one knew who he was.. he was just the guy who gave out candy in a green star trek uniform..

it had to be like 1995/6 because he was not in TNG but he was in first contact because it was a new ship.. it was not the TNG ship... the first airing was 16/Jan/95 so it must have been 31/Oct/95 so it was aired the night before 30/Oct/95 it was a episode called Persistence of Vision so when would that have been filmed? maybe he was playing his character from DS9? that was in 1993 i think.. maybe we are remembering the uniform wrong. It was green or something.. my dad remembers him by his face.

I looked at the Memory Alpha article for the episode, and the only date I can find is the final draft script was submitted during the first week of August 1995. They could have filmed anywhere from a few days to a few weeks after that.
