I didn't see any threads for this, but Mike and Rich Evans over on Red Letter Media have done a series of review/discussion videos on some of their favorite episodes of TNG (them being the biggest Trek fans of the RLM "staff") The first couple was them doing a "Top 5" (Seemingly without going for the obvious picks.)
Next them doing a "Next Top 5" but mostly just talking about more episodes without any angle on an order of favorites:
At the end they talk of doing another couple episodes on "Guilty Pleasure" type of episodes or episodes that are "bad" but enjoyable watch.
Yes, the videos are long but they're kind of a satisfying, fun, watch to see these two guys (usually talking cynically and insulting towards bad movies or short-subject videos which, yes, the "ReView" series of videos more focuses on "good" stuff) and it really just makes me feel nice and warm and reminds me how much I love TNG.
