RIP Tony Bennett

Tony Bennett died today.

Two weeks before his 97th birthday, of complications from Alzheimer's.

Despite his failing health he continued singing right up until the end (indeed, his singing helped keep his brain stimulated and so he was able to avoid a lot of the complications usually suffered by Alzheimer's patients).

She was so overjoyed that he said her name on stage. Even with Alzheimer's he did well and this is one man who never lost his voice....
