Try as I might, I can't think of a bad performance from this man. He truly was one of the greats, whether he was a bit player or the leading man.

He definitely made an impact on cinema and pop culture.

    Respect.

There will be many sad BR fans (if true)

"...All these things will be lost in time...like tears in the rain."

He added a touch of class to everything in which he appeared.

I'm sure that a lot of people in the coming days are going to mention his roles in 'Blade Runner', 'Hitcher' and 'Ladyhawke', but I first remember seeing him in the Sylvester Stallone/Billy Dee Williams movie 'Nighthawks' where he played a terrorist who, along with Persis Khambatta (hey a Star Trek actor in a surprising role reference), attacks the New York Tramway.

Flesh and Blood is great little known film of his. He's a 16th century mercenary commander whose army is not payed (allowed to loot and pillage the city they were besieging) and decides to take matters into their own hands to get back at the ruler who double crossed them. Great anti-hero film.

Blade Runner, The Blood of Heroes, Ladyhawke, Flesh&Blood, Buffy, Nighthawks even silly movies like Split Second, Blind Fury and Lexx, I've enjoyed a lot of his flicks since my childhood.
