COBRA's a godawful movie, but I'm still ashamed to say I didn't recognize Scorpio was now playing an irritable police official, even after the movie ended. Despite my enjoyment of character actors, it never occurred to me that Andrew Robinson was Andy Robinson back in the day. ''HE's the psycho!!!!'' should have tipped me off as well. I recognized DIRTY HARRY's Reni Santoni, though. Good that he survived the bullets in both.
