Did I mention the Bones / House crossover I always wanted?

Doctor Who and Red Dwarf. Surprised it hasn't happened already.
One thing I'd like to see is episodes of Last Week Tonight With John Oliver, set in various fictional universes.
Like, John Oliver does a segment on private prisons, using Orange Is The New Black as the example. Or John Oliver is in Battlestar Galactica, and does a segment on the election. Or in Silicon Valley, John Oliver does expose on Gavin Belson and Hooli's practices.
Oh, ridiculous:
Buffy Summers is accidentally sent back in time and encounters Xena, warrior princess.
I like this idea, I wonder too if the Doctor has visited fictional characters.
I'll buy it if I can get the Dan parent cover.Dynamite Comics is having Red Sonja and Vampirella meet Betty and Veronica. I have no idea what to make of that.
