Revenge, anyone watching?

Fauxmanda us making a play... Although is she was a safe cracker, surely this is soimething "emily" should have been aware of, and really that makes her a more interesting class of criminal...

There's probably a new player in the game, opr an old one we haven't seen in a while.

(Granpa?)

She didn't destroy anyone this week.

It was all after math.

Such a wierd new dynamic to show that an episode can survive with out a conspirator of the week getting decapitated.

I think with Conrad's father announcing he plans to remove Conrad as CEO, this might just be a good motivator for Conrad to kill his son. That might be the red herring at this point though.

My second guess would be Charlotte. Some kind of jealous brother/sister thing.

FauxAmanda is running around with a few screws loose too. She could be the shooter.

Hopefully we learn who the killer is by the end of the season.

Wait, isn't this bringing us back to the first ep? Who found Daniel, wasn't it Charlotte and her boyfriend? Or was it another couple? I don't remember now.

I read in an article that we will see the shooter next week.

Declan and Charlotte see Jack hovering over the body after Jack pulls the body out of the waves.

I watched the first episode again recently when I was sampling it to my mother.

The dead body is not Daniel.

But I'm ninety percent certain that the hoodie hovering over the body was.

What's the point in such a setup if it's not misdirection?

I want a show that challenges me now and then.

I really enjoy the show and watch every new episode but I would disagree with the OP that the acting is excellent. It's escapist tv where you have to overlook the acting IMHO.

Like hogs rutting?

Such porking hams.

Did you ever see Aunt Julia and the Script writer?

Peter Falk producing a pulp radio play in the 40s.

Reasonable actors pretending that they're awful.

Okay, I just rewatched it. I can't tell who the body is. We see the body (in a white tux) being dragged face down up the beach. The guy pulling the body is in a hoodie and it's Jack. Charlotte and her boyfriend run down to the beach to get it on when they hear a cell phone ringing. It's Emily calling Daniel's phone. Jack looks all disturbed and scared, takes the phone and runs off. His brother runs over to the body and Charlotte runs screaming for her mother, but no one ever actually turns the body over for a close look. So we have the mom yelling "Daniel!" at this body that could be anyone.

I doubt it's him, personally. Why go to all that trouble of hiding the face and all if it's him? It also makes for a better dynamic when Emily can be part of the family and be close to the mom and have all that tension. Not to mention her conflict of going for revenge or falling in love with Daniel.

This show just keeps suprising me. I did have a feeling that they would not off Daniel, but I did not see the re-introduction of Tyler and Faux Amanda.

I love that Faux Amanda came to realize that Em had not screwed her over.

I cannot wait to find out why the Japanese businessman is so devoted to Em. Was he close to David?

I always assumed that Jack would go on trial of the beach. Now we know that is it Daniel.

It's like when GI Joe used to Team up with Cobra to Help the Autobots save the planet form the Deceptions... Come endgame, Cobra Commander was still going to shoot someone wearing a flag in the face and run away with all the energon and the plans to the Decepticon spacebridge.

(This has happened four or five times in comic books.)

Fauxmanda shouldn't trust anyone.

Am I seeing sapphic love and not sibling love?

Possibly unrequited, but Nacy's lesbian lover from prison showed up last year on Weeds, so I think it's unrealistic that Amanda thinks she's manipulating this orphan who wants a sister and not some idiot who is in lord Byron overblow in love with her?

"You betrayed me! ME!"
