Re: Reminder: New 'Wolverine and the X-Men" series starts airing 1/23/
I love the way they drew Domino.

Yeah, I do too.I love the way they drew Domino.![]()
Basic cable? What's that? Get with the game dude. If you can't afford more than basic cable, you just need to shoot yourself in the face right now. Adama would.
Hahaha, sorry I just had to laugh at this one.
Adama would? hahahaha, oh man.
Caught the reference, did ya?
It's definitely not in the same continuity as the films, since various characters are alive who died in the films, and Rogue still has powers....
^^Err, which is hardly relevant, since there are plenty of other reasons why the series is obviously not in the movie's continuity.
But plenty of other elements in the show are directly from the movies, such as the bond/relationship between Rogue & Wolverine, The viens protruding from the skin when Rogue touches you, Jean blowing Wolverine a kiss. So the comment is some what relevant.^^Err, which is hardly relevant, since there are plenty of other reasons why the series is obviously not in the movie's continuity.
Having seen the episodes, what did you not like?Awful. Just awful.

Yes he is. That's what makes him popular. They'll try occasionally to write him has having more then 2 brain cells, but no one ever buys it. They always go back to the rampaging midget.That's somehow unprecedented in the comics? He's not a one-dimensional berzerker;
Why would a Black Ops organization want a rampaging loose canon on their team? This little bit of logic was always lost on Wolverine fans.the further he gets from Weapon X, the less like that he is.
Er, yeah. That's nothing like any of his recent comics stories.Yes he is. That's what makes him popular. No, it doesn't work. A bunch of characters are far different. In later episodes, for example,As before, though the show is borrowing elements of the movies and recent comics, I think it's still trying to be compatible with X-Men Evolution. In this case, the evidence for that is Forge. He's shown to be considerably younger than he's been portrayed in the comics, which is compatible with the teenaged Forge we saw in XME, allowing for a few years' growth. On the other hand, Magneto now speaks with an English accent (Ian McKellen-inspired, of course) which he didn't have in XME.
