Remembering Ensign Mallory

As you may have noticed, many members of the TrekBBS staff have chosen today to wear a avatars in memory of Mallory.

From his memorial thread in the Miscellaneous forum, it's clear that he's going to be missed by a lot of people in our community. If you would like to change your avatar in honor of Mal, AstroSmurf has kindly offered two modified versions of our friend's avatar.

Feel free to use either avatar or a variation of your own design.

It's just our little tribute to a very big man.

Hmm. I tried to use the image "in-place" so as to conserve bandwidth a bit, but TrekBBS seems to consider the image location to be "http://www.trekbbs.com/picture.php?albumid=87&pictureid=2525", which obviously is not a valid file format for an avatar...and so far I haven't found a way to dig down to the actual image file's location. So you'll need to download the image and then re-upload it.

Also, alternatively, screen grab it, crop it down to the image, host it on ImageShack or Photobucket.
