Meat? Hard pass. Sauce, cheese, onions, bell peppers (red, green, and whatever else you have), and/or some other sweet peppers (say, green cubanelle and red shepherd), and a mildly hot pepper or two (Hungarian, or red cherry pepper, or red and/or green jalapeno), A local chain makes a burger with jerk sauce and a slice of pineapple. No idea how the pineapple works with a real burger, but it goes nicely with a veggieburger.
