Rec Deck on 24th Century Ships?

U.S. Navy vessels all have their own store, where the crew can purchase goods. In Trek, there's mention of a "ship's store" in the original series episode "Charlie X."

EVERY vessel? Somehow I think submarines and littoral combat ships would be sorely lacking in that department.

The ship's store program is extensive. There are small closet-like stores on subs. I'd imagine littoral ships would also have them, especially for sailors who have overnight duty where they must stay aboard ship. Having a shop on the ship has been around for a long time.

I wasn't familiar with the term littoral ship...
The littoral combat ship (LCS) is a class of relatively small surface vessels intended for operations in the littoral zone (close to shore) by the United States Navy.
... so here's a LINK <link> to a description for anyone as ignorant of the term as I was.

They are basically going to be replacing the frigate designation in the US Navy in the near future.

There may not be a rec deck as such, but there are certainly other recreational facilities beyond the holodecks and Ten Forward. The gymnasium is on Deck 12, as seen in Remember Me and the Icarus Factor, which may or may not also be the area where Worf holds his Mok'bara classes.
