Rebooting Voyager - a popular idea?

And also, most of the stuff "violated" by ENT no longer made as much sense as it did back in the 60s and had to be changed (Atomic weapons, for example).

On the motion picture front, I'm getting a little tired of the Kirk Kirk Kirk Picard Picard Kirk Kirk Picard Picard Picard Picard Kirk act.
Totally agree. For me it`s too much Kirk, Spock, Picard. But I`m a Voyagerfan.
And I don`t want to see a Voyager-reboot, because I very love the entire crew and the entire actors and I can`t imagine Voyager without all of the wonderful actors from "my Voyager"- KM, RB, Tim, Roxann,...
But I also think the time is over to do a Voyagermovie with them . It`s to late now.

I like tommulligan and Red Ranger's ideas.

If there was a Voyager reboot, I think the Chakotay character would need the most work - as other people have observed, he needed a proper background and not to be so Janeway friendly so soon. Most of his episodes seem to be about him boxing or being a soldier - surely something better could be done with him?

Chakotay having actual differences from Janeway and the other Fleeters would be nice, for one thing.

I would much rather see a reboot of Voyager than I would Deep Space Nine. The worse thing they did was kill off Seven...she and Torres would have been a great replacement of Janeway in a reboot movie.
