Re: Does the Enterprise computer run on Intel?
And lo, it was done.
I'll merge the two threads together.

In that red image, it looks like there is a glass dome on the bridge...

I still think the lettering is slightly off center.. like facing the cameera but it should be angled the direction of the secondary hull.

It's like you're He-Man.

Looks like lens distortion to me. Check out the gridlines---the lettering is centered on the line running up the middle of the saucer, but the lines look "bent" compared to the nacelle. I think we're seeing a mild fisheye effect, similar to what Ryan Church said on Trekmovie is happening to that pic of the new Enterprise.

That center line doesnt appear to be lined up with that strip of metal leading up to the hull
Intel is one of the promotional sites for the movie. Also, the font is consistent with the font for the other teaser posters, especially the white one with the starfield font. The "E" in "Trek" is different than it appeared in TOS, as it was in that poster.Huh. I like. But I'm skeptical about it;s legitimacy...the font for "Star Trek" is wrong, just like the other fan-made poters. On the other hand, if its fake, somebody whipped up a version of the Kelvin using elments of the new Enterprise awfully quickly.
