Were the newly recorded soundtracks released only once on CD (and some/all on LP)? Specifically the two Steiner's, and the two Symphonic Suites.

No, there was at least one “budget” reissue of some of the material on CD, mixed and matched from a couple of the albums (I think it was the “Label ‘X’” albums.) I’ve got one of those at home, but I’m on vacay and can’t check it.

I have the two Fred Steiner CDs (Varese) and the two Label X CDs, and I'd just like to say that they still get played despite my also having the La La Land Soundtrack Collection box. The Royal Phil recordings are great as alternate performances, in digital-era sound quality.
