I Wanna Go... popular? And the only popular song?

Ok...

Criminal's better anyway, but I Wanna Go is a close second for the Femme Fatale era. Besides, we weren't talking about Britney Spears:

This is a forum for Britney Spears ;): Britney Spears Forum

Welcome to the TrekBBS anyway (You aren't one of those spambot thingys, right :D).

And yes, this thread is for rating songs that other posters put! *smiles convincingly, sneakily pointing to his last post in the thread*

Liked: I liked the electronic styling and the atmospheric feel you get from it. It's the kind of music you really want to listen to late at night in a chilled out club setting. The violin was a really nice surprise too.

Disliked: The vocals don't do anything for me and there is something very Bjork about the way she sings.

Liked: Great riffs, good east listening. It's rather relaxing - shows that 'relaxing' music doesn't have to be boring. I don't usually listen to guitar instrumentals, but this one works.

Disliked: No vocals. It got boring after the first two or three minutes, and towards the end it sounds like he's trying too hard. I like the tune at the begining, and although it picked up near the very end, I was starting to think it was getting a bit repeatative.

"Wild Heart", Sabi.

Grade: B

Liked: Unlike a lot of songs these days, the lyrics actually make sense. Seems like there's an emotionally turbulent relationship between two people. It's rough, but they're both too passionate about one another to call it quits. Of course, the strength of that passion is also part of the problem, hence the chorus line. I generally like the sound during the verses.

Disliked: The rather dramatic tempo changes between the verses and chorus, especially given the...emphatic nature of the chorus.

... I'd just typed out a nice, long, thought out reply, when, while I was looking for a link, the blue screen of DEATH popped up. I'll try to write out the same review (roughly) as my original.

Song: Mr Blue Sky - Electric Light Orchestra

Grade:
A-

Liked: When it first started playing I mentally went "yes!", because, firstly I liked the chords, then I realized I knew the song, even though I didn't know the title. Great song. It is fairly old, but I like old songs a lot of the time, especially when you compare them to 'artists' like T-Painful. Loved it.

Disliked: It got a bit boring after the first three or so minutes, but most songs aren't much longer than that anyway, so I'm not giving much of a penalty for that.

I'm on a BOAT! MUTHAFUCKA! ON A BOAT!

He has his own unique style, does he not? (I'm not going to quote any of his autotune, because none of it is as memorable as Lonely Island)

I would review your song, Jake, but I'm a loon for the band in question, and I'm sure you'd appreciate someone other than your brother's thoughts on it.
