Is it me or is the wood grain on Picard's Ready Room Desk more obvious than when we normally see it?

Plus, is the Brent Spiner one before TNG's run? He looks 25-30 in that one and he was pushing 40 when TNG started.

Yeah, I never noticed the wood grain quite that much before, under its proper lighting. [The rest of the ready-room looks rather, erm, cheap and dull with that lighting. Amazing what good lighting and a good camera operator can do to make a set look awesome]

And given the hairstyle Brent Spiner is sporting, I wouldn't be surprised if it was that old, from the early-to-mid-'80s maybe. That said, even in his '40s, his age didn't show much, and he still looked like a gorgeous babe even then. [author bias]

Sorry, a little late here. I am fairly certain the picture of Gary Graham here is from the fan film "Of Gods and Men" and not from any official production.

I don't know if that should or does have any bearing on the criteria for these albums, but it's the first time I've seen an image from any fan film included here so I thought I'd point it out.
