Ranking the Discovery Episodes so far...

How would you rank the Discovery episodes which have aired to this point? I personally don't think there's been a stinker yet, so coming up with my own has been challenging to say the least. I'm very curious to see what trends are discernible from everyone's responses.

My very preliminary, and not at all final rankings so far:

1. "Lethe"
2. "Context Is for Kings"
3. "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad"
4. "Battle at the Binary Stars"
5. "The Vulcan Hello"
6. "Choose Your Pain"
7. "The Butcher's Knife Cares Not for the Lamb's Cry"

I'm going to take your list and just move them around to the order I have them in, first being the one I like best, down to the one liked least:

1. "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad"
2. "Context Is for Kings"
3. "Lethe"
4. "The Butcher's Knife Cares Not for the Lamb's Cry"
5. "Choose Your Pain"
6. "Battle at the Binary Stars"
7. "The Vulcan Hello"

I still don't like those first two episodes, and they could have done without them. It made for a shaky start to the series, IMO.

I also think they've all been varying degrees of very good. In general, the episodes seem to miss on some small details (misspellings like "Safety protocals" in the last episode, bad syncing between dialogue and jaw movements in a lot of over-the-shoulder shots throughout the episodes), but I'd chalk these up to the production finding its rhythm, especially given the scale of the show. Overall, I'm loving Discovery.
