Seconded, though in another thread the first three movies in this post are also my top three movies out of all 11. Funny that, eh?
And even then, IV could battle for my, ahem, fourth spot in the other thread. But the quality gap between IV and X imo is just so vast that it's not even funny.
*Just to note, TWOK, TUC, and FC can switch spots for me on any given day, but they're the three I love to watch most often.
The movies of the even I like the best are:
1.The Voyage Home: I love this movie because not only its exciting but its very fun. I also love all the comedy in it which was kind of first for Star Trek movies, but it still workd really well. This movie kind of reminds me some of the episodes of TOS a lot. You know the time traveling,and allen being thats like a machine. I remmber in some old episodes of TOS where they traveled back through time, they had to do thier best to blend in with the time without being discovered. But they sometimes slipped and got caught anyways and had to explain without disrupting the timeline.I also like this movie as Spock is trying to rediscover who is after reuniting with his Katra which got part from him in TWOK which he gave to McCoy. It kind of reminds me of the episode "Spock's Brain" wich got parted from him then suddenly back with him.
2.The Wrath of Khan: I think its great movie as it has a villian which was from TOS. And the crew again has to fight aginst him, but this time with a price. I think by the end where Spock risked his life to save the lives of his friends, was very sad and touching moment. It shows his friendship with Kirk and McCoy. He gave his Katra to McCoy and then later has a very touching momnent with Kirk as he is dieing. It is real powerful scene. It really shows how important his friends are to him. I really love this part "I have and always shall be your friend. Live long and Prosper". It also very sad, but it just the begaing of what is about to come.
3.Nemies: I think this a good movie but very sad as we see Data die.I think this movie is the most dramatic of all TNG movies put toghter. Its also sading to see all of the crew go on to other things, not stay toghter as one. Unlike TOS crew who all stayed toghter until the very end exception for Sulu.
4.Undicovered Country: Its good movie but also the last for the crew of TOS, which is sading. But I admire them they did stayed all toghter as friends and crew until thier ship was about to be decomishened, in which TNG crew went thier seprate ways long before that. But the TOS crew even some got promted, still insted they stay with thier orginal crew mates except Sulu, but the rest stayed until the very end. Anyways some of the scenes in the movie are very good and touching, espichally near the end where finally Fedaration and Killgions finally agreed to the begaings of peace. "You restored my fathers faith" "And you restored my sons".
5.First Contact: I wouldnt say its my least favorite because it is better than TMP. Its a good movie, it has its moments. I love some of the scenes with Crochun, because its just funny.

1. The Undiscovered Country - Nice plot twists and a brilliant goodbye to the original crew. Feels fresh everytime I watch it.
2. The Wrath Of Khan - May be a tad bit over-long and monotous (especially the Reliant / Enterprise battle setting), but still one of the strongest TOS movies.
3. The Voyage Home - A family movie that's great and fun to watch, but gets old pretty quickly.
4. Nemesis - An underrated movie with an interesting theme (cloning) and impressive space battles at the end.
5. The First Contact - Not bad, but a bit too generic and Doom-like for my taste. With the faceless military music and the Borg queen, this is aimed too much for the masses.

1. ST:FC- An exciting action film with strong sub-plots. We finally explored the depths of Picard's bitterness to the Borg, and the Borg were still strong and ominous.
2. ST:WOK- The more you watch it the more its flaws as kind of a B-movie show, but Trek was built as a B-television show and this is classic campy, action filled Trek at its best.
3. ST:TVH- It was the most non-Trek out of all the films catering to a wider audience, but still it is the movie that focused on the relationship of all the central characters the most.
4. ST:NEM - Not as bad as many like to claim, but not great either. Say 40% a really good movie, 60% stupidity.
5. ST:TUC - The franchise was really starting to show its wear by this time. Nobody wants to see nice, diplomatic Klingons.

These rankings are even tougher than for the odds. I'd say all of the evens are pretty close, except for Nemesis.
1. Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Endless Shakespeare references. Spock playing Sherlock Holmes. Christopher Plummer. Political intrigue. This movie has everything. It's also the best looking of all the films. I love its design for the bridge, the moody cinematography, the even moodier score.
2. Star Trek: First Contact. A fantastic directing debut for Jonathan Frakes. This movie is so stylish. The Borg Queen is creepy & sexy at the same time. Zephram Cochrane is funny. Captain Picard has that famous "The line must be drawn here" speech. And although it's only there for a few seconds, we get to see the Defiant on the big screen!
3. Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. It's just funny. If you don't like The Voyage Home, you have no soul.
4. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. Actually, I think this movie is probably tied with Generations as the one I've watched the most. I can nearly recite the whole thing by heart. Khan chews scenery like the greatest camp villain this side of General Zod. Spock has the greatest death scene in cinema history.
5. Star Trek: Nemesis. It's a very good looking movie but the story doesn't ultimately add up to much. Killing Data felt like a cheap way to try to copy the success of Spock's death in The Wrath of Khan. Tom Hardy is unimpressive as Shinzon. They should have gotten Patrick Stewart to play Shinzon, at least by the end. I mean, if you have a great, classically trained actor like that at your disposal, you use him as much as possible.
