I don't why this happens to me, I mean it's good and I'm flattered but I'm just confused. Before corona I was part of Harry Potter group chat and I was considered the mom of the group, back then I was like "I feel like an adult now, is this what growing up feels like?" Unfortunately, we fell apart due to the Mold Queen being a TERF but I'm still in touch with two members.
But now it feels different, one of my classmates send a PM to ask me with writing a cover letter for internship. And I was like I haven't written a cover letter in a few years, I remember some things but I'm not an expert. So I asked chatgbt and copy pasted the cover letter from there. I feel like I'm over my league, maybe because I'm not used anymore to people asking me for help...

Same here. I can't do math in my head -- never really could. It has caused me terrible embarrassment, as well as a few jobs.
My husband, the computer guy, is great at math, but struggles to find the right words and has terrible time management. So we work with our strengths: he does the taxes and I make sure the monthly bills are paid on time. I read all the contracts and he checks the mutual fund.

The house alarm keypad barely uses any juice so the batteries last forever. I replaced them with fully charged rechargeable batteries and on day one the alarm light tells me I need to change the batteries soon even though I don't. These rechargeable ones have been lasting forever too. So why the warning light?
The rechargeable ones might not have quite as much juice as the regular ones. The machine may have misinterpreted the lower voltage as being low on juice.
I shouldn't wait too long to go the dentist, it was over a year ago and I had too much dental plaque. So my teeth had to be cleaned thoroughly, which meant I had to go twice. One week the left side was cleaned, the next week the right side. But it's so annoying! I should wait until sedation wears off to eat, but I have volunteer work in few hours and by the time I'm home it's 16.15. Luckily, I have soup.
