Not to be pedantic, but the "Mandela Effect" is a colloquial term for a collective false memory -- one that's held by thousands, if not millions of people. For example, the Monopoly Man wearing a monocle. Or a brand of peanut butter called Jiffy (a conflation of Jif and Skippy).Had a bit of a bizarre experience today. I guess you could call it a "Mandela Effect", if you were so inclined.
