Here's a blast from the past
We had a LG plasma that cost 3,000 and was only around 50 inches, and yeah it took two people to move it when it died.. I miss that set the picture was glorious
When we bought a 50-inch LG plasma (I believe right before plasmas disappeared from the market), I believe it cost us around $800!
Of course, when it ended up having a problem a number of years later, no one could get the parts for it anymore, so we were unable to have it repaired, and had to trash it instead.

I wish we had paid that much but we were early adopters and brought it when they were relatively new

It feels bad believe me..... We got it when mum and dad were both alive so it wasn't as much as a financial hit, but would have loved it had it been cheaper

I don't know how this works in other countries, but in Belgium there is an app where you buy a form to fill in which goes on the parcel. And for the second time I buy such a form I have issues paying for it, PayPal is the thing that works on the app. It annoys me
It's great. Different type of movie to the 1st but still good.
I fucking HATE chatbots. 
Trying to get info on the tiny little 403 I have from work. Had to go through the chatbot multiple times before I could finally get the phone number to speak to person. Wasted over 30- 40 minutes to get 15 second answer.
That sounds like a nightmare and your IT people did that to stop people asking for help
