I got a new Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal Employee card in the mail today. I punched it out and then noticed that there was another card to punch out above that one. This second card only says "INTENTIONALLY BLANK". I'm keeping that one too! I'm an old lady and subject to blanking out sometimes.

Smith can replace Lizard as long as Rock changes to beat Spock to keep everything even.

My mom and I discovered a really cool new sound the last couple times we were out hiking in the desert, a strong wind going over a Saguaro Cactus. It makes a really cool, almost kinda creepy hissing noise, especially if it's one that a little more dried out, because then it sucks in and gets really deep grooves. There were a bunch out where we were hiking today, and a couple times just stopped for a few seconds and listened.
Also turns out all of these bike rides, and hikes have paid off. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday, and I've gone from around 150lbs a few months ago, to 136lbs.

Isn't that a great sound?
