I'd love to get up at 6:30am. My wife often won't let meHoly fuck, I'm tired. This getting up at 6:30 am crap really blows.
But not getting paid would be worse, so I'm getting up at 6:30 am every weekend.

My shift at work starts at 6 AM, so I have to get up at 5.
When I have the day off, my body often wakes up that early even when I don't want to. I have a bastard of a time sleeping in...
At least it means that when I fly, and have an early flight, I have no problem getting up. (although during said flight, I can't sleep on the plane, because ouch

This is one of the reasons I don't do much social media.

The graphic novel that I purchased off ebay arrived today.
There's nothing unusual about buying items online. (Unless you're randomly buying stuff while drunk.) The store page was owned by a charity selling second hand items. Although, I never expected the 'package' to arrive in the form that it did. I did a double take and genuinely thought that it was a joke at first. Wouldn't blame anyone for thinking that alcohol was involved somewhere along the line.
Basically, it didn't come in a bubble wrapped envelope. The delivery woman handed over a jigsaw puzzle box for Disney's Alladin. It was sealed with brown tape and had my name and address printed on a sheet of paper stuck on the front. When I opened up the box, the book was wrapped inside a shopping bag.
That's definitely a fun memory to keep.

A friend is being bothered by someone who really knows how to push my friend's buttons. I can see it start to happen and I don't know what to do to help. I'm afraid to say anything because it might make things worse.

I was just looking for Looney Tunes shirts, and one of the results was a shirt showing Bugs spanking Lola Bunny's bare bottom. Rule 34 has invaded eBay. Aside from the fact that this is obviously unlicenced, who the fuck would even wear a shirt like this?

I would insert soul-less as well as insidious before heartless but that after all, is the human-condition and one of the lessons of history. Greed before humanity. Which rule of acquisition is that again btw?
