Blue Plate mayo from New Orleans is excellent. There are restaurants in Charleston and Savannah that make their own that will make you happy. @Mitchell B werksman will vouch for that.

Alabama is famous for its mayonnaise based barbecue sauce. I've been to a couple places in the Huntsville area that serve Alabama-style barbecue chicken to die for. @James Vines probably knows all the good places.

Back when I used to actually buy mayo, it was always Kraft Real Mayonnaise. I don’t even know if they still make it.

I’ve heard stories over the years that Americans actually put mayo on french fries. Is that really a thing, or is that just a tale you tell to trick gullible Canadians?

I do that all the time, and i'm not even a dad.

I’m thinking I’m going to need small glass jars with little candles suspended from a line for my garden, and maybe a gnome.
