I love my pyjamas. I wish I could live in them.

I can understand that but couldn't do it myself - I use to sleep in my birthday suit
While I do own 2 jeans without zippers nor buttons (very comfy, indeed), I feel utterly uncomfortable in sweat pants. They somehow feel like nightwear (and look like babies' rompers) and not like real clothes.

I've never been comfortable in sweatpants, either.

There was a time, up until after my first year of junior high school, that I refused to wear jeans and would only wear slacks. Somehow that all changed in the summer between 7th and 8th grades and I would then only wear jeans. Mostly black jeans (and black t-shirts and black sock and black shoes).

Now it's all jeans and t-shirts (and hoodies in the cooler months). Oh, and my black Florsheim boots. Gotta get my geek on somehow.

I've always looked at it as what the type of person the peg is and have always considered myself to be more of a round peg in a square hole rather than a more limited person is a more rounded world.

I started to make it more than an idle fantasy and went to film school then animation school.

Then I hit rock bottom and I am just now trying to get back into it again.

I was going to make my name on improving on the "Alan Smithee" DUNE. Others had the same idea and got there first.

Then it was Ender's Game until I found out more about the author (still haven't seen the movie).

If you've ever played a fretted instrument like guitar, bass, banjo, (violin), then you know that all your dominant hand has to do is pluck (bow) the right string at the right time while your non-dominant hand needs to navigate the fretboard, not only hitting the right string at the right time, but also the right note on that string. It seems counterintuitive, but if you've ever tried playing wrong-handed you know just how difficult (or impossible) that is.

It's nice to be patient and understanding with people but you have to see the fruit of that patience, if you feel like you're back to square one, again and again, there comes a time when you have to say "STOP! You've crossed the line!"

I totally agree. Usually, I grant people three annoyances but at #4 I'll lose my temper.
However, there is that sort of people (fortunately, a very rare species) who manage to drive me nuts within 10 microseconds. I simply can't be patient and understanding with racists, nazis or people who don't use a handkerchief but blow their noses with their fingers (yuck!)

I totally agree. Usually, I grant people three annoyances but at #4 I'll lose my temper.
However, there is that sort of people (fortunately, a very rare species) who manage to drive me nuts within 10 microseconds. I simply can't be patient and understanding with racists, nazis or people who don't use a handkerchief but blow their noses with their fingers (yuck!)

I totally agree of course but the last one is a new one for me. Fortunately, I've never met such disgusting people.
