My results of the quiz said that I am Counselor Troi. Not quite what I expected, but the more I think about it the more I realize that we have a lot in common. I like Troi a lot, so I'm happy with my result.

So, is the apparent Riker-bias a product of the test itself or of forum membership?

So far we've had 4 Picards, 4 Rikers, and 1 Troi.

I don't think the test is biased. Other people who have taken the test have posted their results on that website, and it didn't seem like there were more Rikers than Picards, Worfs, Crushers, etc. So, to answer your question, 7thsealord, I think the Riker bias has something to do with forum-membership. But, that may change as more people take the quiz and post their results in this thread. We'll just have to wait and see.

Not too surprised; I usually get him on this sort of quiz, if it's reasonably written, and similar personality types on this kind of quiz for other series. His approach to life is fairly similar to my own in enough respects for the result to be unsurprising. Always pleasing though!

I always felt like Picard might feel so I choose him. Even if this does not follow the set up of this thread, I got to go with Picard.

I think I got Picard mainly because I share his interests in books and history and the importance of family. I went back and answered all of the questions the same way, except for the first one (which position I'd want), and got Deanna Troi instead.

...I think I'll stick with my first result.

So far we have 9 Picards, 6 Rikers, 2 Worfs, and 1 Troi.

I'm surprised that out of 18 people so far we still haven't gotten a single Data, Geordi, Crusher, or Wesley.
