QUINTO'S SPOCK SHOULD BE CONSTANTLY SHOUTING!!!

In the early episodes, Spock did quite a bit of shouting on the bridge.

"PHASER BEAMS... FULL INTENSITY!"

As if no one could hear him. As if he was on some kind of clipper ship on the ocean and the wind was in his face.

And the best part was, everyone else was speaking at a normal level.

He chilled out over time, but since this is a prequel, do we want to see Spock shouting all the time?

I think I do.

^ LOL! That would be really funny, but I think people would just be confused.

I just watched all the TOS episodes for the first time this past year. I remember wondering why Spock was yelling!!!

I say YES to shouting. Also, Kirk should make faces, hunch his shoulders and speak haltingly. To Sto'vo'kor the mainstream audience who doesn't appreciate tradition!

I watched WNMHGB last night, and was totally like "Holy crap, dude... we are right here - ya don't need to yell!" I say yes to shouting also

If it gives him some personality, than yes. I think what I like about Quinto is Heroes is that he really does portray a psychopath really well. If there is even a glimmer of that in Star Trek XI, (Not saying he should be a Psychopath, but have some emotion) than it will be better.

OR IF THE CREW IS IN A SHUTTLECRAFT AND IT IS LOSING POWER IN A PLANETARY ORBIT, SPOCK COULD LEAN OUT THE BACK AND YELL: "LOGICAL!!! LOGICAL!!!! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGICAL!!!!!" AND BOOST THE SHUTTLE BACK INTO ORBIT.
