I am looking into buying a phone with two sim cards. From what I understand, the number that you are calling from, depends on the current number on the menu. But does that also mean that you can only receive calls made to the current number on the menu? I know that if that is the case, it seems to defeat the purpose of having a dual sim card phone. But, I wanted to ask anyways so I don't buy a phone that doesn't meet my expectations!
Also, for those of you that haven't read my other posts, I'm living in Russia. I have a friend that bought a cheap phone in Russia and the menu is only in Russian. I'm wondering if I bought a smart phone, if I could switch the language on the menu. What do you think? I would never buy something as expensive as an iPhone. I probably would not spend more than $200. Do you think that if I bought a more expensive "regular" cell phone, that I might be able to switch the menu language?
