Question about episode 7x19 "Strange Bedfellows"

Please someone help me. I'm going out of my mind here.

I just got done watching this episode and went to Memory Alpha to read its trivia under "Background Information." In one nugget of trivia, it states: "This is the final episode of the series to be directed by Rene Auberjonois. He did not appear in this episode as Odo (per se), but did appear quite briefly as a Pah-wraith posing as Odo."

I don't recall seeing this at all. Can someone please explain to me what this is referring to?

Okay, well yeah he appears as a Pah Wraith in the vision given/imparted to The Kai Winn. The Prophets or Pah Wraiths appear as people recently in the consciousness of the person having the vision. This happens with Sisko as well.

I'm sorry for sending you on such a stupid search. When I first read the trivia, I assumed they meant a Pah-Wraith who had taken over Odo's body. But now after reading what you said, I realize what they meant. Thanks for clearing it up.

No problem! Posing as Odo is a little misleading.
