This is very interesting...a bit of personal history...Doomsday World was the very first Trek novel I ever read. My mom went out shopping one Saturday and brought it back to me...since it was Star Trek, she figured I would enjoy it...at the time I didn't even know Trek novels existed and I read it over and over through the next couple of weeks...little did she know what she was unleashing...
