Queen + Adam Lambert...

My wife and I just saw them. One of the best concerts I've ever gone to. All their hits and a few unexpected B sides, awesome visuals, great sound... Brian May and Roger Taylor, they still got it.

I hope to be half as energetic and awesome when I get their age.

I don't expect Lambert to be Freddie Mercury, but overall, how is he? He seems to be integrating nicely with the rest of the band.

Freddie is irreplaceable and one of a kind.

However, Adam is an excellent choice to take over and carry his torch. He also acknowledges on stage how irreplaceable Freddie is.

Adam has a fantastic voice and great stage presence. But he doesn't hog the stage. Adam gives Brian and Roger a lot of solo time on the stage... and a lot of praise. Well deserved praise.

Adam has his own theatrical way on the stage, which makes sense because he has that background.

It's very clear working with Adam has given a second life to Queen. Brian and Roger seem like they have regained a lot of energy and vitality.

It was amazing watching them.

Roger Daltry also performed with Queen. I'm just listening to I want it all.....It works. However there are Queen songs where Freddie is sorely missed - like Bohemian Rhapsody.
