Your Worf, Chakotay, and Harry Kim all have outrageous hair. And I keep wondering what is on the ceiling in the transporter room that everyone on the pads is looking up at. Those guys are seriously looking up.
Anyway, some good stuff and some room for improvement. Good luck with your project.

You got your Data better in the end. But I agree that your Voyager crew need fixing with the hair, more for the male that is...The Chakotay logo seems fine.
And Guinan's boobs seems odd, unless it's the clothing that don't follow the shape of the body. You got the face almost right tho, but the skin color should be a bit darker. All that would be missing is her hairs, that were overflowing from her hat into her shoulder and back (They were not hidden).
