During. That book spans the entirety of 2380, and the post-NEM TNG novels coming out this fall are taking place in maybe the middle third of 2380.

Christopher's technically right when he says "during," but it's really "before," in terms of Donatra's actual participation in Articles, which doesn't really happen until the summit meeting in December. Donatra's appearance in Q & A is prior to her mentions in Articles.

I just want to say that fans in the UK might be able to get the book soon as well. I just called my comic and SF shop and they have it in stock. Of course I immediately cancelled my Amazon UK order and will hopefully get it from them in about two days.

I'll check out my local FP store as well, there's a new Doctor Who book I want to grab (Snapshots, I already have Destination: Prague, KRAD) so might get them together.

It's either that or wait for a dealer on Amazon to get it.
