^If you mean the Irish name Siobhan, it's basically "shi-VAHN."

As some here may be aware (probably not as many as on Fountain Pen Network or Laughing Place), I spend my Saturdays docenting at the International Printing Museum, in Carson, CA. And sometimes, it seems like I'm the only one there who can properly (albeit with a decided American accent) pronounce "Mergenthaler" (as in Ottmar Mergenthaler, inventor of the Linotype). Clue: High German does not have the þ phoneme ("thorn," in English, the "soft-th" sound).

I've been struggling to figure out how exactly Alehuguet is supposed to be pronounced in TNG: Available Light. I just remembered one I've been seeing for years, Palais de la Concorde.

Pah-Lay de la Con-cord I would assume (trailing s is usually silent AFAIK).

For Alehuguet I'm only guessing, but the most likely options are either Ale-who-Gay (French style) or Ale-who-Get (English/Mediterranean style).
