I've tried purchasing the first two ebooks in MS Reader format three times now and each time I receive an email shortly afterwards saying "While processing your order, we experienced difficulty in obtaining the proper authorization. At this time, your order has been cancelled for your protection." I've tried re-entering my credit card info a couple times thinking it was maybe a problem there but still no dice. Any idea why I keep getting this? Could it have something to do with the fact that these ebooks are quite old and are maybe not stored correctly? I'm really not sure but I would like to get this download working and would prefer not to have to buy somewhere else as I would like to keep all my content on the same record if possible.
