Michael receives medical attention.
Charles Westmoreland helps uncover the real secrets of Scylla.
Lincoln and Sucre do everything in their power to retrieve Scylla before it's gone

Excellent. For a show past its prime, its become constantly good.

So the company's black box of secrets isn't just about power - its about power. And a 'bargain' at that. :p

The Brother's Mommy was an ex-Company employee? OK, veering close to Alias territory, but, I can buy that.

Nice to see Mahone free and on the run again. Very nice to see Westmoreland too (and with his cat!).

Great setup for next week too, with Self, Gretchen and T-Bag all part of 'Team Linc'. You just know that's gonna end well. :lol:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Mahone

I loved the bit where Gretchen comes onto Self and he's all "ha! I'm not interested!", but as soon as she turns her back, he kinda looks her over.

Good. Nice to see some variation in the approach. They should do more surreal stuff. If the ratings were good enough to justify another season (they're not), I'd like to see them finally veer away from the action-adventure format that they've completely run dry, and go into more adventurous and oddball directions by making this show halfway about reality and halfway about Michael's perception of reality.

Not that I know exactly why or how or what they would do. Just a thought. But we'll just get the second half of the season and that's that.

Excellent episode. Some major revelations here. Scylla is free energy! I never thought it would be that. So I guess the Company basically blackmails the world's industries into not revealing it since it would put them out of business? What was the point of staging the economic disaster in Laos then, though? Very very cool to see Westmoreland again. Loved it. I'm intrigued by their mother being Company, though in retrospect it shouldn't be that shocking.

I voted good. Not sure I really liked the idea of Westmoreland helping Michael work things out, even though it was nice to see the actor (and his cat!) back again.

Enjoyed seeing T-Bag getting tortured yet again, Mahone escaping and Linc going on the rampage. However, the idea that The Company need him to find Scylla and Self is a little unconvincing - they have all their own assets already and Linc is hardly Sherlock Holmes.

I think Linc has a plan, though and his final speech to Michael was for the benefit of The Company, who were doubtless listening to their every word. Perhaps the Break this season will be to get Michael out of their clutches.

But can Sucre really be off or is that also part of a double-bluff by Linc?

I fully expect Sucre to return out of the blue to save Linc's butt in the future. There wasn't really any conclusion to his story he just stepped off-screen. The only time that's happened before is with C-Note but his story was resolved he was reunited with his family.

Linc is valuable to the Company because he's been working with Self all these weeks, he knows the enemy. Also he's a great thug ;)

^ Not sure how well you could say he knew the enemy, given how easily Self deceived them all. And was Linc really the only person at the Company's disposal who could torture some info out of T-Bag?

Agree with you re the Sucre thing though. I mean, even the kid from the Sona Prison in season 3 got a 'walking off into the sunset' scene with his family. I think the audience are entitled to see Sucre doing the same with Marie-Cruz and the kid if and when he's finally written out.
