Probably more exaggerated outrage to come as kids grow up with all these youtube guys whose schtick is to rant, rave and scream about everything. My nephew and niece can't watch a youtube video about video games, My Little Pony, etc. without constant "commentary".
You do have to weed out the commentary videos where they crap on over the top of the cartoon. It's like those ubiquitous geek unboxing vids only they are unboxing the piece of media you are trying to watch.
