Primeval series 5

Bob The Skutter

Complete Arse Cleft
In Memoriam
So Primeval series 5 started last night on Watch. Did anyone see it? Not sure there's a great deal of excitement for series 5 given series 4 was a bit poor but surely someone will have watched?

The little blonde girl completely man behind the curtained that Irish hoik.

FINALLY!!

He let some stuff slip about tracking dinosaurs in the first couple episodes of season four but every one forgot about it...

Enjoyed it.

For all it's limits, primeval doesn't violate the reason established by it's own continuity which I really really appreciate after all those years of Smallhell.

Thank gods the guns are back.

If you're not going to put a hole the size of a grape fruit in the bad guys then you are a complete pussy.

The tasers reminded me too much of the Tomorrow People.

Didn't have chance to catch it, is it repeated on Watch? I might just wait till it comes onto ITV as my g/f likes it and she doesn't have access to Watch.

I thought that series was 4 was an improvement on 3, although the team still seem to be rather amateurish, carrying only one dart gun and one or two darts, that sort of thing. Luckily the show was advertised in Metro so I recorded it. Will watch it at the weekend.

Anyone know if it hit BBCAmerica yet?
I just looked, because I started panicking, wondering how it got past me, and no sign of it on BBCA anywhere on the schedule in the foreseeable future, and no mention of "Coming Soon", etc. on the Primeval page at BBCA

After Doctor Who finishes this summer, BBC-A will air Outcasts, then Bedlam, the other half of Doctor Who season 6, and then Primeval. Expect it in early 2012.

That's just my guess based on their announced scheduling for Saturday nights.

Thanks, I can wait, the important thing is I didn't miss it, because Comcast On Demand here in Sac, CA doesn't carry BBCA On Demand anymore :(

Someone must have set it to record in my house because it turned up on the list. I tried to watch it when I got back from work, but kept getting board.
I did not finish work till 10 and I have been ill this week so I may have not been in the best of moods.

Yeah, BBCA still has Primeval in their Sci-Fi Saturday commercials, just no mention of dates for a new series.

i thoroughly enjoyed this series, does anyone know if we're getting more?

and i'm glad Emily came back. it's nice to have 2 action girls on the show as well as THREE hotties...

got the DVD today,

episode 1

a bit slow in the first half, but the future creature was excellent and the "New Dawn" set looked good, even if it appears to have given alot away.

Decent CGI if underwhelming explosion.

James Lester was brillant.

Abby and Connor drawing up on differnt sides, should pay off later.

So anyone who is interested, ITV are finally showing Primeval series 5, and only a year after Watch showed it...

From Digital Spy

The fifth series of Primeval is to finally air on ITV1.

The sci-fi drama's most recent run will premiere on June 16, producers Impossible Pictures have confirmed.
