Ah, I thought you meant she'd have to trust whomever she hired to rig the election.

True enough, then. But, of course, the thing about her asking to have the election rigged so she'd lose is that she didn't mean it -- which is how we know she would not simply refrain from standing for re-election. Because she wouldn't (at this point) trust anyone else to get it right.
