Depends on the Dinos in the area. In theory they could survive a good long while, but once a fast-moving predator (like a raptor, even the smaller ones) found 'em their chances would go down quite a bit without a weapon and solid shelter. There was an episode of Survivorman where he ran into a Jaguar while taking a piss after only a few days out there. He managed to get away but it followed him all the way to the little village he finally found(probably with the help of his 'rescue team'). Now imagine if that were a Utahraptor pack. . . you'd be dead before you had a chance to run.
