Dominic Cooper seems an odd one - would he really want to give all those films up, a touch too attractive for the Doctor as well but a good actor.
Gleeson I only know from HP but he seemed fine.
Kaluuya was great in Sucker Punch at the Royal Court but very disappointing at Trelawny Of The Wells at the Donmar recently. Never seen him on TV. Too young though surely.

For all those who want a black Doctor so badly, I just don't see Moffat throwing continuity out the window. They've been beating the "ginger haired" thing in the ground (which is a continuity thing tied to a 7th Doctor story). So unless we're getting Dennis Rodman, Sinbad or Wesley Snipes from Demolition Man, I don't see a black Doctor happening.

The Doctor can be tall or short; thin or portly; old or young; white-haired, black-haired, brown-haired, or blond-haired. I really don't think there's a continuity problem with him changing his skin color.
And the ginger thing is a gag they've used twice. Hardly the same thing as an important piece of continuity or foreshadowing.

I'll accept Kaluuya as the Doctor as long as they do an episode where his incarnation of the Doctor meets Tony Hancock.

Of the three, I've only seen the guy who's played Stark's dad in the Captain America movie. He wasn't particularly impressive.
From what I've seen of Daniel Kaluuya's work (and it's not much) he seems to be at his best playing wisecracking everymen, albeit those with a slightly twist about them. If not the Doctor, he'd be a perfect companion, I think.
I understand Dominic Cooper (probably the most recognisable name of the three) has a lot of movie commitments at the moment, so he'll probably be balancing all of these around. I can't see him not appearing on the show in some capacity, though.
I've never seen Domhnall Gleeson's work, so he'll probably be the favourite to take the part.
Besides, it's about time we had a ginger, Irish Doctor. But seriously, of the three he seems the most likely to get the part.
... Unless all three are red herrings or have supporting roles on the show to complement a female Doctor.
