My wife works part time for a local Bed & Breakfast and was discussing our plans to go see the new trek movie tomorrow with her boss. That's when the inn proprietor told her that James Doohan married his first wife here (Janets home).

Apparently Janet Youngs parents (Elizabeth & John) were the second owners of this particular house built in 1786. The current owner (wife's boss) said that she has a picture somewhere of the wedding party.

Don't know how interesting this is to anyone but I'm sure some Trek fan will find it fascinating.

I'll see if my wife can get something from the owner. I'm curious to see it too. This would be a pre-Scotty Doohan since according to wiki he
divorced Young in 1964. That would put him at 44(?).
