that entry must have been made by a Lower Bavarian or maybe Franconian because of the Kartoffelkäse. I come from Upper Palatine and there we have all sorts of potato dishes but I had never come across that one until I moved to Lower Bavaria. I'm not very fond of it but in this province it's considered a national dish.
maultaschen? All this talk is making me want to hit the S-Bahn to stadtmitte Stuttgart for some FOOOOOOOODZ!
I'm on the ketogenic diet to lose weight. I haven't eaten carbohydrates for 4 1/2 months. No cakes, no cookies, no chocolate, no crispy rolls, no scones, no bread, no cereal, no rice, no pasta. No fun!I got an antibiotic 2 weks ago and a few mean bacteria survived. Now my dentist told me to avoid carbs so as to starve the mean bacteria out and get the good ones to propagate.

in (i think) 1972 i saw and heard a sousaphon in an us army band (3rd ID, leighton barracks, würzburg) and immediatedly wanted one. i even promissed my dad (a tanker) to play in a marching band of his choosing. the main reason was of course that nobody had one. (i'm well aware of the fact that the emoji shows a tuba)Cheers--I was in a drum and bugle corps! #mellophone
that's an oversight that can easily be remediedI've never broken a bone in my body
