Sherry Jackson, for me. IMO, no other Trek series matched TOS's ability to cast consistently jaw-droppingly attractive women on a weekly basis. Seriously, just look at them.

Well, I'm too lazy to go through all three pages, but for me, it's a tie between Yvonne Craig as Marta in TOS ep, "Whom Gods Destroy," and Marta DuBois as Ardra in TNG ep, "The Devil's Due."
