Hm, I suppose either Janeway or Seven. But this is largely due to my time in RP land back (good grief) almost a decade ago. But I'm an independent sort and I don't think either of them would have problems letting me have alone time.
And I think that picture of Mulgrew is from a TV Guide special...almost reminds me of the one they did for the 30th anniversary with all the women of Star Trek (where Crosby was the only one out of her, McFadden and Sirtis to show for the Next Gen ladies).

I like "shouty" better. "Strong woman" is synonymous with "bitch", and I don't consider either BLT or Janeway a bitch.
I would never consider Janeway to be a bitch (I was trying to avoid that word, but since you brought it up...hope nobody takes offense) and I certainly don't think strong woman = bitch, not a bit.
But to be honest, yeah I do see BLT as being a major bitch. Not that I don't see positive things about her as well, but seriously I just don't get why anyone would want to be with an insanely moody woman who is either in an extremely bad mood or just plain angry most of the time. Also BLT hates herself. She hates herself for surviving when the rest of the Maquis died. She hates herself for being part Klingon.. This may be a bit corny, but I don't see how somebody who hates herself so much could offer much love to another person.

Well yeah the TV was awesome, and she did other nice things as well.
But balance that out against the times she was screaming at people for no good reason, having suicidal fits of depression of just being weird and moody, or physically attacking people (or wanting to).
I can see how some people would be attracted to that kind of chaos, but having dated someone who reminds me a lot of BLT...I just wouldn't want to go there again.
I think if you had a bad break up with BLT you'd come back to your quarters one day and find all of your padds snapped in two, the holo novel you were working on erased, and a big steaming Klingon dump in the sonic shower!!

That's what I never got about the sonic shower? Where does the filth drain off to? Does it just aerate and is then handled by the ships filtration system? Which would mean you're given ample opportunity to rebreath in the same scum you just scrubbed off yourself?

Ii think both Joey and Barney Stinsen both had rants about adding "rating scares" together so that a guy ends up dating a person(s) who is as equally attractive: "I'm an 8, which means I can date another 8 with ease, or a 9 or a 7 depending the situation, however I may also date two fours, a 3 and a 5, or a 3 another 3 and a 2 or if I'm really out of it 8 one's."
